Job Title:- Technical Program Manager Remote work working in Central Time zone 6+ month contract with possible extension C2C Program manager to be IT technologist with proven skills in defining and managing work across teams of 40 to 100 employees with a track record of successful software and product development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage/support project managers and architects of modernization projects in developing each project's scope of work, estimates, schedule and risk Ensuring that all Project Plans are consistent, congruent, and integrate with the overall Program Plan Ensuring that appropriate processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.) Accountability of the overall program execution. Programs need to be delivered within scope, timelines, quality and cost Lead and manage the project managers that are in charge of the projects Financial management, including monthly re-forecasting activities Scope management EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
