High Level Scope: Assist in establishing Business Systems Transformation Governance & Project Management Structure. Help develop cross functional user workgroups, Functional and Application Scope, Charters, and Support. Support the activities below for all applicable user workgroups or workstreams: Current state evaluation and gap assessment to develop future state requirements. Initial planning & implementation support for common design of Enterprise Business Systems e.g. Company Structure/GL Chart of Accounts, Paycodes etc. RFI/RFP Process Facilitation and Support Facilitate evaluation of vendor RFI/RFP responses, vendor down-selection, vendor demonstration, and system selections (where applicable) Facilitate vendor proposal reviews and TCO analysis (implementation and support costs) Support vendor contract reviews and analysis Facilitate Transition of Business Systems for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Facilitation Business Systems Policies and Procedures Standardization Goals and Expected Outcomes For Each Component & Overall Implementation.
