OpenText offers the digital content platform to manage and deliver unstructured content to SAP applications, dynamically, in context and on any device. Job Description A Systems Analyst develops applications; implements software packages, integrates applications, and provides 24x7 application support. Collaborates on all phases of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) with a focus on the application design, development, and implementation phases. Utilizes appropriate development tools and technologies in keeping with the IT architecture. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Develops software of limited complexity based on specifications provided. Implements software packages for which limited configuration and integration is required with minimal vendor contact. Integrates applications where the complexity of interfaces is limited and based on specifications provided. Provides 24x7 primary support for one or more applications typically classified as niche or core, but not mission-critical. May provide secondary support for mission-critical applications. Supports the request and analysis phases of SDLC by assisting with documentation and estimates. Executes the design, development, and implementation phases of SDLC by producing the prescribed deliverables under the guidance of more senior staff. Participates on an Application Development and Support team as well as project teams under the direction of their manager, senior team members, or project managers. Acquires and maintains knowledge of business areas relevant to projects and application support assignments. Technical Skills Needed for Focus: OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP OpenText Archive Center OpenText Content Server OpenText Capture Center OpenText Enterprise Scan OpenText Web Viewer OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Intelligent Capture Center OpenText Directory Services C# Programming to the OpenText API would be a very nice to have skill Development experience in Opentext Exstream is an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline Required: Minimum one year of experience in systems analysis, design, and development. In lieu Working knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies. Stays current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies. Good verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate their role, project goals, and timelines. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
