Job Description : We are seeking a skilled hands-on Tech Lead for .NET to join our team and contribute to the development of software using the .NET framework. In this role, you will be responsible for creating applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, coordinating with offshore and providing user support. To excel in this position, you must possess the ability to write functional code and have a keen eye for identifying and resolving defects. Collaboration and effective communication are essential, as you will be working closely with internal teams. If you have a genuine passion for the .NET framework and possess a strong understanding of software design and architecture, we would like to meet you. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with our internal teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Participate in requirements analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages. Test and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Improve existing software. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. Requirements and skills 10+ years of experience building modern, distributed web applications. This experience should have a focus on microservice architecture and include tasks such as API design. 10+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing software. 10+ years of C# development experience, preferably Core 3.1 and/or .NET 5+ 10+ years of experience working with ASP.NET stack, preferably Core 3.1 and/or .NET 5+, Visual Studio. Strong understanding of data storage software and design, including both RDBMS and NoSQL systems Demonstrated ability as a reliable developer on complex projects with a track record of successful delivery to production. Strong desire to be hands-on in code and to learn and work with new technology on the fly. Experience working in an agile development environment, and experience with git and GitHub. Experience collaborating across disciplines and communicating with non-technical team members. Knowledge of Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms (Azure preferred) Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts including practical experience Desired/Preferred Qualifications: Development experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes Entity Framework Core NuGet package development and delivery.
