Position: Systems Engineer - Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) (Hybrid) Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ (2-3 days/week onsite) Duration: 6+ months NOTE: The candidate needs to reside in New Jersey, client will also consider Philadelphia, PA for their other office. Job Description Responsibilities: Security IAM Management: Monitor, evaluate, and manage security aspects of Azure/AAD Entra, Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, and other Microsoft IAM platform services. Handle tasks such as password resets, account lock/unlock for employee, customer, and service accounts. Infrastructure Development and Automation: Develop, maintain, and enhance security infrastructure through automation using Power scripting, Python, JavaScript, Bash, and other relevant languages. Implement an automation-first approach to streamline security processes primarily using Power scripting. Security Protocols and Technologies: Ensure adherence to security protocols across all IT systems and software, with expertise in Microsoft security technologies (e.g., FSMO, Kerberos). Collaborate with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, including onboarding accounts. Knowledge Enhancement and Collaboration: Develop and maintain advanced knowledge in Windows Power scripting and other automation tools. Collaborate with team members to conduct security analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Proven work experience as a Security Engineer or similar role. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of platform services like Azure/AAD Entra, Active Directory, and Microsoft security technologies (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, Microsoft 365 Security). Strong proficiency in Power scripting and other automation languages (Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Additional Skills: Experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk and expertise in account onboarding. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
