The S/4HANA implementation is replacing legacy systems running on IBM iSeries and will require significant integration points between S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and external applications. POSITION DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a versatile and multi-faceted SAP Functional Architect at the expert level, with a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP functional areas for an automotive manufacturing and sales/distribution company. The candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between the SAP partner, the client, stakeholders, and the users community, by explaining the deliverables in simple terms to get everyone ready for GoLive. The specific requirements are: 1. Experience in FI, CO, SD, MM, AM, PM, PS, QM, CS, PP and EWM 2. Experience with Production Planning and BOM creation in automotive is desirable 3. Familiarity with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & its capabilities are needed 4. Familiarity with users training and testing methodologies are required 5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Validating all S/4HANA implementation deliverables from SAP partner. 2. From the evaluation of the deliverables, provide thought leadership and suggestions on changes & improvements needed to achieve the business objectives. 3. Work closely with SAP partner to develop change management, training and user acceptance testing deliverables on all in-scope implementation areas 4.
