Sr Program Architect Manage Integration for Global Fintech Company Remote Visa: NO H1B/CPT/OPT Interview: Phone Heavy finance experience is mandatory Our client, A global fintech company ($10B) is integrating a recently-acquired global Transfer Agency platform to serve large, global buy-side / asset management clients. The client requires a senior global program leader to improve and manage the platform integration. The integration program has been supported by a mix of in-house and consulting resources globally, including technology resources and project managers, but needs a senior leader with experience delivering complex global technology transformations to better drive to completion in the next 6-12 months. The successful program leader would have former experience in a senior operating role, technology role, or product role in financial technology / middle-office solutions for asset management or capital markets. Experience running global technology integration or transformation programs is a must; familiarity with transfer agency operations is a plus. The ideal consultant should be a strong communicator and problem solver, with the ability to lead global teams and inter-connected workstreams. This person would ensure milestones are being met by the workstream leads, identifying areas of opportunity, managing escalations, and keeping the development and testing on track against tight deadlines to deliver outcomes for clients. The consultant should be hands-on, and comfortable working at the C-Level as well as interfacing with clients (large financial institutions).
