The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the implementation of a Network Operations Center (NOC), leveraging their expertise to enhance observability, incident response, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while integrating AIOps technology into the observability strategy. Roles and Responsibilities: Observability Infrastructure: Manage an advanced Observability infrastructure, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and alerting capabilities. NOC Establishment: Setup a Network Operations Center (NOC) from inception to full operational capability. Develop & implement NOC processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for effective incident detection, response, and resolution. Technology Integration: Integrate AIOps tools and technology into the observability strategy to optimize incident management, reduce noise, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of observability tools with existing systems and applications. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to NOC teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence. Mentor team members on observability best practices and effective use of monitoring tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and tailor observability solutions to meet specific business needs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in building and leading NOCs, with a focus on observability. In-depth knowledge of observability tools and technologies, such as APM, logging, and tracing solutions. Familiarity with AIOps tools and technology and its integration into observability workflows. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
