Location: 100% Remote Duration : 6 + Months VISA- USC Job Description: Requirement: Technical writers to create clear technical documentation, collaborate with technical teams, and translate technical information and architectural diagrams into user-friendly guides, manuals, runbooks. Resource must have strong technical background and understand technical concepts (ie. network layer 1-7 knowledge). Key Responsibilities: Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation and collaborate with technical SMEs and engineers to ensure accurate representation. Produce user guides, manuals, and troubleshooting documentation. Implement & maintain documentation standards ensuring consistency and adherence to industry best practices. Maintain documentation; conduct reviews and audits of existing documentation and collaborate with teams to validate documentation for process improvement. Develop training materials for teams and customers to facilitate a better understanding of our technical products. Stay current with technology/industry trends and emerging technology.
