Develop and maintain documentation related to Citrix infrastructure, including system design, configuration, and support procedures Working knowledge of Citrix platforms, Machine Creation Services, DaaS, PVS, provisioning services, group policy management, etc. Self-motivated to identify issues and resolve independently. Ability to manage vendor partners and escalations. Ability to work well with internal and external teams. Python and Power scripting are a plus.
