Job: Sr. Level Maximo Consultant Location: Houston Texas or New Orleans, LA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract 10+ Years and passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description : Utility Experience Highly Preferred, Must have Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Java Experience and not an Administrator. Job Description: As a Maximo Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the Maximo framework. Responsibilities : Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure IBM Maximo applications according to business requirements. This includes modifying workflows, forms, fields, and reports within the Maximo framework. Integration: Integrate IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CMMS, GIS, and IoT platforms using various integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, IBM Integration Bus). Development: Develop custom Java applications and scripts to extend the functionality of IBM Maximo. This may involve creating customizations using Maximo's Java-based programming model. Data Migration: Design and execute data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into IBM Maximo. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IBM Maximo applications. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve them in a timely manner. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals for IBM Maximo solutions. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on IBM Maximo functionality, best practices, and customization techniques. Transfer knowledge to ensure the effective use of Maximo within the organization. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in customizing and configuring IBM Maximo applications. Strong understanding of Java programming language and development frameworks. Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and IBM Integration Bus. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL query language. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
