(If they have previous work history in Financial Services or with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, that would be a good find.) The client wants someone who has actually led teams of Data Analysts in their history, not just someone with a title of lead. Skillset (I do not have a formal JD for this one, as notes come straight from their hiring manager): Need strong SQL skillset, strong experience with Mongo, python scripting, and Jira experience.
