Job Description : MUST SKILLS: P&C Insurance domain, Commercial Lines, Guidewire Responsibilities : 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 4-5 years of P&C Domain experience and Commercial Business expertise on BOP, GL and Inland Marine Hands on experience of working on projects implemented using Agile methodologies. Experience of interacting with Business stakeholders and IT stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional requirements that can be used by Development and Testing Teams Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria in the Gherkin language. Experience of Testing (User Acceptance Testing) is needed. Must possess good communication and analytical skills. Problem solving and facilitation skills. Should have experience of working independently with minimal guidance from leads / managers. Hands on experience of the Guidewire Policy and Claims Centres.
