Experience in test effort estimation & resources planning across all the projects. Responsible for demand/capacity planning, resource management, stakeholder management Extensive experience in both Agile /Waterfall methodologies Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones Resolve test project issues and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback. Coordination of corresponding test and release activities with development teams & project stakeholders Review responsible for the key project deliverables.
