Excellent experience/knowledge in ServiceNow integration. Experience in ServiceNow Development Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD) Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation. CI/CD is a fundamental concept in Azure DevOps. It is vital to be well-versed with Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or GitLab CI/CD tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Infrastructure as Code enables the provisioning and management of infrastructure through code. Proficiency in Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates is essential to automate infrastructure deployments. Azure DevOps work with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with containerization concepts and tools is highly beneficial.
