Having an understanding in plan, source, make will help this person understand these areas/operations and processes SQL) Strong technical skills in software development, database management, and system integration using MES platforms such as Siemens SIMATIC IT, Rockwell Software FactoryTalk ProductionCentre, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, C#, or Python. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality management, and supply chain operations. Agile Experience (they are mainly Agile and operate in 2-week sprints, team uses story boards) Ability to work across teams and functions to identify requirements, and develop solution options strong technical aptitude as the person will need to work with multiple application teams systems analyst skills are required Interest in working in plan, source and make areas of supply chain Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks (things are not always black and white and will be collaborating with business teams with different viewpoints. Need to be tactful and thick-skinned.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
