He seemed candidate strong in SCCM but not in Intune or autopilot. This resource needs to be STRONG (SCCM, Intune and or autopilot) Open to someone in FLORIDA. We can start South and expand northward like Orlando, Tampa. If candidate is outside South Florida, then the resource needs to be open to travel every quarter. Notes from the call: CCL Windows Support engineer Someone who knows all Microsoft, Carnival is FULL Microsoft for every tool Someone knowledgeable in windows, domain hierarchy, active directory, troubleshooting the OS, packaging applications, 10+ ideally 15+ (would like someone with decades of experience) OVER 20 good someone seasoned Windows 11 currently help going to windows 12 ++'s Scripting Power (ideal), Admin studio to package applications (seeing through to completion), Experience in INTUNE future management of endpoints (cloud aware), certs would be a + Networking DNS etc. Job Description: SCCM / MECM Looking for a candidate that has extensive knowledge of the product and many years using it. This will include infrastructure experience (e.g., have you built a hierarchy and have you worked in a large environment with multiple primary sites and working with database replication) The candidate should strong enough to easily explain how to troubleshoot the environment, including, where to go to find the various log files and which log files would be appropriate for each troubleshooting scenario. Creating Packages and Applications. The candidate should have extensive experience building both Packages and Applications and be able to explain the differences between the two. Operating System Deployment (OSD). The candidate should have extensive experience using the OSD module for the purpose of creating Task Sequences for deploying operating systems. This would include using the Task Sequence Editor and all the features that come with it. The candidate should have history where they have deployed Windows 11 or earlier versions to large environments. Intune Looking for a candidate that has extensive knowledge of this product. This would include tenant administration, application deployments, support for both Windows and non-Windows operating systems (i.e., macOS). While Intune is much newer than SCCM, the candidate should have many years under his or her belt using the product. Autopilot Looking for a candidate that has extensive knowledge using Autopilot, including experience using the product (i.e., has years of using the product and deploying assets to end-users via Autopilot. M365 Apps for Enterprise (also known as Office 365) Extensive knowledge of this product with experience details with multiple channels (e.g., experience moving clients between channels (Semi-Annual to Monthly). Documentation The candidate should have experience creating formal documentation for a large project. I have found in my years as a leader, engineers are good at completing the engineering (technical) tasks; however, they lack the soft skills and are unable to properly document the solution they are implementing.
