In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience maybe considered Spent 5 years acting as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology based environment. Experiencewith Agile: Has deep knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to transferthat knowledge to new and evolving environments. Working knowledge of productlifecycle processes and deliverables. Must have deep knowledge of Scaled AgileFramework, Lean, and Product Development Flow principles in their enterprisecontext. Experiencewith large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale inlarge enterprise organizations. Showsproficiency in relevant programming languages. Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to empathize and relate with those new tothe Agile methodology. Workingknowledge of Application Lifecycle and Agile Management tools. Preffered: Prefer at least one Agilecertification such as CSP, PMI-ACP or similar Agile Coach& Mentor: Possesses strong leadership skills with a passion for teachingand mentoring others and has experience in coaching Agile. Experiencein coaching and training within the agile framework (portfolio, program, andteam). Believes inand thrives in a culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across team. Experiencein facilitation, training and public speaking. Experiencein coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices includingbut not limited to: Kanban, Value stream mapping, Feature and story backlogprioritization and grooming, Release planning (Program Increment),Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics (at all levels), Story distributionpractices including estimation, Agile ceremonies (Scaled agile at all levels).
