Technical Writer, Project/workstream Communication reporting up to the Workstream Program Manager Experience Level: 3 Qualifications (must haves): Proficient/expert MS Tools 3+ years' experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role. Experience in responding to audit requests Working with the Fed, Executive presentations Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content. Strong technical aptitudeability to quickly learn new concepts and tools. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task. Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes. Writing experience-user manuals, training materials, operational run books, installation guides, methods and procedures Interfaces with users, engineers, trainees, program managers, leadership to create/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, the best methods and practices, and new software features.
