Job Title: Data Scientist with PowerBI and SharePoint Location: Bellevue, WA Onsite Duration: Long Term Description: Responsibilities: Establish and drive process improvements to portfolio management including standardization and synchronization of tools and reporting, workback planning, stakeholder mapping. Build and maintain dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and identify other Microsoft tools to consolidate information and synchronize tracking of initiatives and programs within the portfolios. Update and maintain team Sharepoints and knowledge bases, centralizing all information and formalizing communication to program stakeholders. Assist in reviewing requirements, inputs, updates, ensure they are on-time and in-full. Qualifications: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools Demonstrated proficiency in Project or Program Management, with track record of creating dashboards and knowledge bases. Experience synchronizing systems to facilitate ease of business processes. Data visualization and automating processes a plus Background in cost reduction or finance strategy a plus Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership ability, strong team player who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere. Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects. Ability to influence and drive consensus on multiple technical views. Self-motivated, directed, and passionate Ability to learn very quickly in a fast-paced environment.
