Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and practices. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
