Position: Senior Business Analyst with strong Data Mapping exp (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description Seeking to onboard immediately, a Senior Business Analyst with strong Data Mapping experience. Requirements/Responsibilities: 5+ years Business Analyst experience 3+ years clinical or Healthcare experience is required. Ability to recognize complex problems and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions and procedures Strong understanding of Source to mapping activity while dealing with multiple interfaces Contributes to the design and mapping of data conversion strategies. Participates in collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources. Reviewing/working data attributes from various vendors Engage with product business and vendor contacts to identify/document attributes needed to support additional programs. Document metrics and rules of various performance metrics based on various criteria Analyze and document engagement details at the member level, to be able to track billing and costs, to address ad-hoc inquiries of clients/members on a monthly basis. Document algorithms specific to the KPIs. Must be able to work independently Excellent communication skills.
