Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance. Work with product owners to actively manage backlogs and new requests. Identify and escalate impediments, track, and close dependencies. Facilitate and participate in technical discussions to drive issues to conclusion. Guide the team in their ongoing Agile evolution, streamlining processes and facilitating cross-team communication. Communicate your findings effectively at multiple levels within the org. Is this a good fit (Requirements): Bachelors Degree required in IT or related Engineering field. Minimum of 5-8 years of engineering work experience in Agile Project Management Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or equivalent experience working as a Scrum Master. Knowledge and experience with Agile practices and processes. Not expected to be active developer, but comprehension vital for driving technical discussions. Strong data analysis skills, including SQL knowledge. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Even better if you have: Experience in running Scrum teams that are Salesforce or similar packaged SW focused. Experience with life sciences or medical instrumentation.
