Work closely with the customer for a smooth and trouble free delivery of AMS services in the specified SLAs Should have good experience on end-to-end DP processes. Sales History extraction and load form ECC/BW to APO Planning Area Administration, Planning Book Maintenance, Realignment & Back-up process Forecasting process & Forecast release/transfer Macros, DP back ground process & Process Chains Should have good technical knowledge with All gATP related processes Availability To Promise GATP relevant Master Data Rule Based ATP Product Allocation Back order Processing Configurable Process Scheduling Should have very strong experience on entire SNP process along with strong experience on CIF integration. CIF Integrations & Monitoring and CIF Trouble Shooting Planning Area Administration & Planning Book maintenance Heuristic, Optimizer, CTM Planning Engines & Capacity Planning Should have good experience on the integration between SAP modules (BW, MM, PP, SD) and APO. Should have good communication skills and should be able to work with global client Creating Functional Specification based on business requirement and configure according to business requirements and perform Unit testing. Desirable Skills: Good to have ABAP knowledge/experience and should be able to work with the ABAP team on technical issues. The person should have strong knowledge in BW like info cubes, DSO, and process chains handling. Good to have hands on experience on PPDS.4. Good to have knowledge/experience on IBP.
