Drives issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources. b. Acts as an advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes. c. Creates data and metric systems to track operational workflows. d. Provides input to Engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements. e. Performs complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering. f. Contributes to design considerations for new products or architectural changes. g. Analyses problems in design, configuration, data flow, and data state. h. Serves as team lead on multiple projects. i. Leads the integration of projects into operations. j. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion. k. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. l. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key technical skills required: a. SQL b. Oracle c. Golden Gate d. Cloud Foundry e. AWS f. AppDynamics g. Kibana h. GitHub i. Concourse Required background: Agile and Jira experience, strong financial, payment, and/or billing system background is preferred. Work Environment: 24x7x365 global environment, must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
