Years of Relevant Experience: 7 to 8 years Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. Job Description: DODD is looking for a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Manager (PM). This person is well versed in Scrum and Project Management best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps for user story management & reporting is highly preferred. Candidates should have experience coaching new development teams and product owners to use scrum best practices. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable. Must be comfortable managing IT projects using waterfall or hybrid approach. A background in managing vendor lead projects is required. A strong understanding of program management concepts is preferred, and great communication skills are paramount. Good understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake are a bonus. Requirements Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps to coordinate work 4+ years as a Scrum Master on a product team 4 + years of experience using the Scrum framework 5+ years overseeing vendor lead projects ensuring successful delivery of contract scope and deliverables. 7 + years designing & implementing project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. 5+ years of previous experience in enterprise (10 project team members or budget greater than $500,000) program/project planning and management functions 4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps to manage the product backlog and report team metrics.
