Lead performance testing initiatives to guarantee our software meets all efficiency and scalability standards. Troubleshoot and isolate failures within test cases to distinguish between potential test case issues and code failures, ensuring accurate fault identification. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in test automation, including proficiency in creating new test cases, regression testing, and performance testing. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and isolating test case failures versus code failures within large testing frameworks. Strong background in both networking and Windows development/testing environments. Familiarity with writing Windows Network Drivers is highly desirable. Knowledge on NICs and configuring NICs is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
