Job Description/Requirements Role:- Data engineer Location : - Remote Duration:- Long Term Type of role: - Contract Minimum 10+ yrs. Of Experience mandatory Responsibilities Team Collaboration and Optimization: + Hands-on technical expertise with Data validation in Hadoop and Databricks + Leveraging automation in data and platform migration. + Good experience with Python (pyspark) + Ability to communicate and build strong presentation for senior lership engagement. + Experience building roadmap and providing steering review. + Experience understanding foundation data architecture and its application in Analytics. + Collaborate with multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, optimizing performance and managing team capacity. + Cultivate trusted relationships, understand dependencies, and exhibit a comprehensive grasp of product/service offerings. Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: + Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, technology resources, and expertise to foster alignment within projects or programs. + Advocate passionately for customer needs and champion agile principles throughout the organization. Initiation and Change Management: + Partner with the Community of Practice (CoP) to drive improvement opportunities and enhance team performance using metrics-based approaches. Solution Architecture and Product Knowledge: + Utilize extensive knowledge of Datamarts, Analytics technologies, ETL tools, and service offerings to guide decision-making and sequencing. + Demonstrate proficiency in understanding dependencies and aligning expectations beyond the scope of the product/service.
