Skills PeopleSoft CRM HCM FIN & IB Configuration Management Job Details 72 months of Information Technology experience in at least five of the following areas: - Liaison with functional users and management - Requirements Gathering - Configuration Management - Release Management and Deployment - Troubleshooting and Debugging - Functional Documentation and Design - Post Implementation System Monitoring - Software Development Lifecycle Planning 72 months experience performing configurations or configuration based analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB 72 months of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications. 72 months of experience in deployment and release management, including: data analysis of object contention and configuration lists. 48 months experience creating and maintaining standardized reports for executives and senior management. 48 months of experience in Change Management in the course of fulfilling user requests, resolving incidents, and meeting operational commitments. 48 months of experience developing procedures, standards, workflows, documentation and visualizations.
