Computer Analyst, responsible for 1st and 2nd level Local Area Network support (LAN) operating in all of Con Edison's various sites and environments. The analyst will provide day to day support for the Electric Distribution Control Center. With some general guidance, the analyst will provide on-site troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution to desktop computing issues. The analyst will be required to work with the internal Electric Distribution Control Center team as well as Con Edison's technical support groups to assist in the deploy and upgrade of routers, switches, servers, and new technologies as we incorporate them into our environment.
