Use UX research activities (contextual inquiry, interviews, testing, etc.) to aid a data driven approach in simplifying complex, information-rich and highly interactive workflows.Demonstrated ability to define new approaches to complex design problems and convey solutions in the form of presentations, click through prototypes and design specifications.Must be process driven, possess strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and a thorough understanding of user centered design principles.Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript & CSS capabilities.Strong understanding of Mac OS and iOS human interface capabilities.Experience in the advocacy and creation of accessible applications and systems.Excellent collaboration, communication, leadership and presentation skills.Experience working with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.PlussesExperience defining solutions for Enterprise users and Consumer users, productivity or media focused tools and applications.Experience in graphic design, motion graphics and creation of UI visual assets.Experience employing different user research methods and creation of interview study guides.
