Job Title : Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) Location Washington, DC (local preferred) Work Arrangement : Hybrid Duration : 12+ Month(s) Opening : 1 Opening ! - Must Haves & Responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in administering AMI applications or similar systems in a utility or related industry, preferably a water utility Proficiency in database programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Experience with big data management tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with AMI hardware and communication protocols (e.g., AMI meters, MTUs, RF mesh networks). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and security..
