Position: CAPPS PeopleSoft Financial Analyst-Austin, TX. { HYBRID } NO Location: Austin, TX. { HYBRID } NO Duration: 6+ Month Job description: The worker will help design and document the necessary financial functions for the CAPPS financial system that satisfies the unique business needs of our clients accounting and general finance and business processes. Functional Responsibilities Coordinate with functional and technical teams when working on a business process that requires collaboration. Analyze and recommend process improvements or redesigns for the efficient use of the CAPPS financial system. Identify data requirements and provide support for report development for different financial reporting needs Attend all internal and external implementation meetings related to the CAPPS financial system implementation Document and report implementation activities to finance management and staff. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design proposed solutions with Finance, Information Systems, and other staff. Assist in translating business requirements into proposed solutions. Work with teams of ERS Finance SMEs and Comptroller staff to complete the configuration of various CAPPS modules.
