The Project Manager would be involved from the Design to the Planning to the Implementation to the Operational handoff. Required Skills Min10 + years of IT Project Management Min 4 years of Infosec Project Management Min 2 year of Large / enterprise level Infosec Project Min 2 + years of current experience with security compliance projects Current experience PCI compliance Has strong experience on Infosec Compliance project that has Done and been involved from the Design to the Planning to the Implementation Min 3 + years experience using One or more of the project planning tools e.g., MS Project, HP Project and Portfolio Management, JIRA/Confluence Experience with IT Methodologies, One or More: Agile, Scrum, RUP, ITIL, PMBOK Experience working with Senior Stakeholders and Non-technical business leaders Direct management experience of teams of different sizes Knowledge: Ability to independently organize work processes, set priorities and make decisions Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovate solutions Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks are essential Ability to manage workload and work schedule to meet project deadlines Knowledgeable regarding procedures required to meet Internal SOX Controls Ability to develop Templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop others and resolve team issues Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and/or direction Must be flexible ad able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude with co-workers, clients, and vendors Well-balanced interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills are required Able to communicate professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization Keywords: active directory information technology hewlett packard green card microsoft Colorado |
