They had some fake candidates so we need to make sure they actually have this experience. Notes: CGI is an Oracle competitor and a lot of state organizations are getting rid of CGI as they are very expensive, have worse customer service and not as efficient as effective as Oracle; To my knowledge State of Michigan, Utah, Phoenix and some universities are using CGI. Key skills: Technical resources with CGI experience that can assist BCPS County with conversion extracts. Client has exhausted all of their options. Notes on Fake candidates: Seems most of the resumes coming in are bots or the resources are fudging their experience. They just hired 3 resources and 2 of them had to be terminated for not having the CGI experience they claimed to have.
