Job title: Test Data Management Location: San Antonio, TX || Remote Experience: 10+ Years Primary Skills: Test Data Management, Test Data Strategy, ETL tools, Delphix/ Gen Rocket, Cloud Environment (AWS/Azure), ALM, Jira, Job Description: Responsibilities: Test Data Management experience. Supports and Execute the Test Data Management services at an organization level. Define test data strategy at an organization level. Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy. Risk mitigation and escalation management. Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided. Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure, and tool vendors to resolve issues. Define and advise internal and external standards, methods, and procedures for Test Data Management. Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team. Masking in required format Auto schedule & Refresh the TDM Test data sizing and migration from PROD to TEST/STAGING environment Write scripts or custom code to extract and insert data on need basis read and understand the Meta data. Job Description: Thorough understanding of the Delphix/Gen Rocket tool and/or other ETL tools. Working background using database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server databases with expertise in SQL. Thorough understanding of Test Data Management concepts. Data analysis with ability to write complex SQL statements including XML parsing. Strong experience with Java & understanding of OWASP and security best practices, integrate with automation tools for automated data generation Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum procedures, processes, and practices. Understanding of object-oriented design best practices, Cloud environments (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform) and Dev Ops integration into data pipeline for test data. 5 years of information technology experience with large and complex applications. 3 years of design, install, configuration and deploying services in large enterprises. Working knowledge of project management concepts. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Work experience on insurance domain is preferable.
