He's less focused on retail experience at this point and more focused on change agent types that have great coaching skills and have lots of experience working with immature agile teams. Supply Chain and Merchandising Teams are currently running on legacy systems. They need to modernize their environment which is driving their need to bring in Scrum Masters to support upgrading their systems to modern tech stacks. About these areas: Tenured teams, fairly conservative in nature behind the curve with regards to Agile The right fit is someone who is engaging, bubbly, warm, and can drive the conversation; proactive by nature Target individuals with experience working as a Scrum Master for at least 2 different companies. Ideally would like someone who has been a Scrum Master in 3 or 4 different environments. That has at least 7 years of IT experience.
