Oversee the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying root causes for continuous improvement. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching. Provide user education, guidance, technical expertise, and foster a collaborative work environment. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, Robust Transformation, forms, reports, and dashboards. Ability to Integrate ServiceNow with various 3rd party tools.
