The Consultants activities will be directed by Customer and may include the following: A. Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration for Kubernetes environments, including: Collaborate with Customers teams Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for the assigned task(s), functional area(s) or project(s) Support the design, operation, workflow and issue resolution for the Kubernetes infrastructure Help maintain systems level maintenance for Kubernetes infrastructure Responsible for tracking existing Kubernetes usage trending and capacity planning for future growth Maintain Kubernetes documentation, procedures and reporting Provide Network Configuration and Administration associated with Kubernetes infrastructure Assist in providing storage Allocations to server infrastructure Assist Customer to deploy new applications on the Kubernetes infrastructure as needed B. Manage infrastructure events Capacity Management Perform capacity analysis; analyze performance data and trends Responsible for tracking existing Kubernetes usage trending and capacity planning for future growth Responsible for performing upgrades of Kubernetes infrastructure in accordance with Company change management policies C. Problem resolution Problem diagnosis, resolution, and documentation Experience with (Diamanti) plus. Perform Incident resolution D. Investigate and diagnose raised problem(s) or problem records for root cause analysis Perform necessary Kubernetes infrastructure maintenance in accordance with best practices and Company change management policies Perform host-level tasks as requested to access new Kubernetes infrastructure E. Mentor and train junior admins F. Oversee the design, installation, configuration and de-provision of Kubernetes solutions G. Performance Management for Kubernetes infrastructure Perform capacity tuning; provide remediation recommendation H.
