This role will be responsible for all activities related to product functionality and business requirements, including process analysis and configuration, to meet the client objectives. Must Haves: Experience with several Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a functional leadership position (e.g., functional architect), including for at least 1 customer of comparable size and scope to the client (>400k employees). Experience designing and configuring Workday implementations Experience in functional roles related to Workday HCM. Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications. Strong analytical skills: ability to research issues and provide solutions.
