Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands. Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing. recommendations/solutions Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment Minimum of 3 years quality assurance tester experience in a structured software development environment Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements Experience with integration of applications to outside internal or external applications.
