Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect with a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead our data architecture initiatives. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organization's data architecture to support business objectives and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies, standards, and governance frameworks, and ensure align industry best practices. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of the organization's data architecture, including data models, data integration strategies, and data management processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and define data architecture standards and guidelines. Define and maintain data architecture principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and integrity across the organization. Develop and maintain documentation for the organization's data architecture, including data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage diagrams. Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies to support the organization's data architecture needs. Lead data architecture reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on data architecture-related initiatives. Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of data architecture solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in data architecture and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex data solutions. Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or Power Designer.
