Responsibilities: Lead UX research efforts to establish best practices across digital product development. Assist in setting up a UX research practice and rolling out a global research repository. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout all stages of product lifecycles. Advocate for user-centered design and integrate both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Convert research findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, designers, and developers. Manage multiple research activities to optimize user experiences. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members. Present research findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders. Contribute to a centralized repository of research findings for use across product lifecycles. Requirements: Demonstrated experience supporting digital product teams with UX research. Proficiency in utilizing third-party research repositories. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Passion for delivering meaningful user experiences. Excellent relationship-building skills, especially across diverse disciplines and time zones. Comfortable working within cross-functional teams.
