Not only do they have the core HR experience, they act as business analyst between IT and the business, and write their own reporting. The consultant we are looking for will be a Senior Analyst that has core HR experience with Infor with technical capabilities in regards to validation testing, reporting and dashboards, and UAT. Need to have worked with Infor CloudSuite HCM HR Modules Worked with HR Data, including report writing from multiple systems; job scheduling, file movement and error handling automation. This should be a senior level resource that has worked an ERP Migration with Infor HCM CloudSuite (bonus if they have worked with Lawson V10 before). Day to day will be joining meetings around Validation Testing, running the testing, validating technical requirements. Next phase they will be responsible for creating BI reports and Dashboards, and then ultimately UAT and End User Acceptance through Go-Live. "Testing - recognize that something is not working and here is why. - recognizing how the system - is supposed to work and implementing those changes" Experience / Technical Skills: 5+ Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM HR Modules, ie Absence, Benefits, etc. Writing own reporting 5+ years of experience working with Lawson Global HR and HCM modules Expertise working with HR Data, including report writing from multiple systems; job scheduling, file movement and error handling automation.
