http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1249487&uid= From: Stacy, Karma Consulting, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] URGENT REQUIREMENT IAM Access Management (ICAM) Engineer Location: Hybrid (1 ~ 2 days in person), DC area Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) architecture solution that creates, changes, deletes user accounts, privileges, and roles which is highly available and geographically redundant (limited to US) ICAM architecture. Candidate should have experience in designing/developing a FIDO / Web Authentication API (WebAuthn) passwordless authentication solution incorporating Federated Enterprise Identity and Credential Management incorporating an impersonation resistant and phishing-resistant multi factor authentication. Experience supporting a Federated ICAM solution that maximizes the use of cloud-based services including Azure and/or AWS for exchange of information with other SaaS providers. Experience with cloud-based domain structure to provide single sign-on (SSO) capabilities including the use of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 or OpenID Connection 2.0, WebuAuthN Experience in provisioning capabilities for privileged accounts, and authentication and authorization for system access and transaction processing. Experience in managing and supporting the environment to be extensible and adaptable to react to changes in policy, mandates, and any unforeseen or unexpected Government-wide initiatives that may affect the delivery of these services. Experience with implementing and management of encryption services to include data at rest encryption, password encryption, and application of new authentication encryption technologies (to include strong encryption, and phishing resistant multi factor authentication). Required skills & experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICAM engineering. Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices. Experience building Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems using a passwordless architecture. Systems Engineering background with understanding of Cloud Computing Reference Architecture Familiarity with industry standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
