You will also provide guidance and training through the TJX IT organization as required. Serve as risk lead on functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource. This will include developing new workflows and processes, coaching IT Risk Management team members and communicating with stakeholders of those processes. The role will perform highly complex risk and compliance reviews, evaluations and root cause analyses, as well as managing and reviewing the work of others on less complex tasks. Evaluate and monitor all aspects of IT systems, policies, standards and procedures and help ensure that they are aligned with IT security architecture/designs, plans, controls, processes, standards, policies and procedures. Work with others to help identify risks and exposures, designs and recommend solutions to prevent and mitigate future incidents. This will include identifying applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to highly complex problems. As a subject matter expert, recommend new policies and procedures to management and has wide latitude to recommend and deliver on the best course of action for new procedures and for highly complex situations. As the function matures, this person will provide budgetary recommendations for future projects/ tools/applications. Demonstrate an ability to work independently and in an organized manner. Communicate very effectively, manage their workload independently and coach others to success. They will demonstrate strong technical ability and experience, as well as diplomacy and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Youll partner with all parts of IT, business users, Audit & Compliance teams and other IT partners to identify, prioritize, track and respond to IT risk. Youll play an integral part in protecting key assets at TJX and help to protect our systems, our data and our brand.
