Responsibilities:

Gathering, documenting, and integrating requirements and information with regards to complex business processes and or systems from the various business units.
Meet with users to map business processes and software requirements, generate requirements documents and matrices, conduct impact and change control analyses, and assist in testing.
Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solution.
Responsible for producing deliverables related to the project assigned and post implementation support and system enhancements.
Maintain updated documentation on applications.
Lead the preparation of the testing strategy and Test plans, cases, and procedure s.
Verify testing output to ensure it meets the defined business requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience working directly with other Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Requirements Analysts, and Developers in a fast-paced environment
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in a business or related systems analysis role.
Candidate should have demonstrated experience and skills in solution analysis and process definition in the following areas:
Gathering requirements from users, requirements facilitation skills for group meetings, tracing requirements through SDLC, requirements and system impact analysis, parameterization, and implementation experience

Demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas is required:

# Data analysis
# Data modeling
MS Office
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
