The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing our data architecture to support our business objectives and contribute to societal progress. Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient solutions using Snowflake to meet business requirements and enhance data usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality architecture solutions. Optimize data processing and storage operations to improve performance and cost-efficiency. Ensure the security and compliance of data solutions in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills in Snowflake and data architecture. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data technology to drive innovation within the organization. Conduct regular system audits to ensure the integrity and quality of data architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data systems and architecture. Facilitate the migration of legacy systems to modern data platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architectures, processes, and solutions. Qualifications : Must have a strong foundation in Snowflake, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is required. Experience with Microsoft SSIS and TALEND ETL is highly desirable, enhancing the candidates ability to contribute to diverse data projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
