Job Description:- Job Role:- Agile Coach Location :- Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Contract Project management delivery focused Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC). Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Experience in coaching Agile transformation initiatives at scale. Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Agile principles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and influence others. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster collaboration, and lead teams to achieve common goals. Continuous learner with a passion for personal growth and development in Agile practices and methodologies. Familiarity with software development practices and tools.
