Implementing security features and working with engineering teams for designing, testing, and implementing enhancements. Support integration with security & compliance solutions. Managing M365 licenses, costs with regular reporting. Defining and setting up appropriate Governance of the environment, to ensure data security, compliance, and retention. Experience and understanding of Identity Management, Application Integration, and Hybrid deployment features available with Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365. Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE Knowledge and exposure to advanced functions of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance like MIP, Microsoft Defender, Mail flow rules management, Managing DNS records, Exchange online protection, SPAM & security control features. Handling escalations and managing major incidents effectively and helping with Root Cause Analysis of issues. Identifying & implementing continuous improvement & automation opportunities by analysing the environment, tickets and issues reported in the environment. Mentor junior resources to be able to handle and resolve incidents Maintaining design & configuration documentation and keeping them up to date. Ensure exceptional client and customer experience in all interactions Provide support on Microsoft 365, including Mail flow, Spam Control/Filtering, Security and compliance aspects like Auditing, Retention, Data Loss Prevention, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other services.
